Something to consider with equipment cards is that that even didicated equipment decks won't be capable of running more than 6-8 equipments maindeck because they need allies to be in play and are dead cards for as long as you don't draw decent targets.+ that stacking equipment is prevented so that you never want to have more equipment than units
Therefore you shouldn't have too high hopes of any unit that synergizes with equipment, as that requires very dedicated builds that have to tone down their amount of interaction considerably to run enough equipment and units
Figured it out. Your deck has 3 copies of Shimmering Sunfish. The game let's you put only 2, but doesn't register, that your deck has only 29 cards. But deck isn't eligible for play.
When I create Guest of Honor deck, I can't select it in playing screen. Any other deck is selectable, including Benefits package one I did first. It's a really weird bug. Never seen anything like it before. I can click on it, but it doesn't become "active".
Halkias is super fun. The stealth really improved this card. Being able to play it out and know it's relatively safe until your next turn is so nice. I've been running it in a thief rogue deck using Sketchy Stranger and Contraband Stash to keep secrets active. It's been a lot of fun.
The Relic buffs also felt great, however I still feel the other 2 relics aren't good enough baseline. Once the upgrades go it's fine but 3 mana for some 1/1s without rush, eh. I tried it with deathrattle and with the no hand stuff haven't found a good spot yet. Still giving it a try though.
Silence and Suppress is an interesting card, like a superior version of Purify. Silences and destroys equipment but doesn't deal with Attach units... I wonder if there will be more equipment destruction cards? Because there are no cards that specifically deal with Attach units. Obliterate gets rid of the unit and the attached unit, but Obliterate also deals with equipment. Is equipment just going to be more interactable (easier to get rid of ) than Attach units? I sure hope so, attach is kind of awful in that sense.
The Demon Hunter buffs accomplished little but an uptick in interest -- Relics are still trash and Renathal plus Implock makes aggro DH a joke. Irebound Brute is worthless because the tools needed to make it, and Quest, work were deliberately rotated out. Some were mentioned above, but one notable misinclusion was Double Jump, which often acted as a guaranteed 3-card draw for 3 mana. DH hyperdraw is dead, so the cards dependent upon it are dead, too. Much like the improvement of Warrior core-set cards, the improvement was good in principle (I approve) but functionally worthless.
Relics actively make your deck worse and the first 10 mana or so worth of them do little but negate the penalty you incurred by putting Relics in your deck in the first place.
Looks good, although I like the uneven stats better. Also, compared to Death Blossom Whomper, I think the instant cast is a lot stronger. Of course there's more to take into account, like the Outcast as a requirement and the slight cost difference, so I'm not 100% sure on balance, but I feel like it's currently on the stronger side.

I like the new Squeamlish. I just remembered that Druid mainly has big single-target healing, making the previous effect more of a "heal your hero more". That's probably why you made it affect +Health as well? This new effect fixes that problem and is also more interactive.
However, I don't like the new statline. 7 health is already a lot, but keep in mind that this is in the same set as Crystal Power. For only 1 extra Mana, this could be a 2/12, making it extremely difficult to remove. A good way to bypass this would be to have the passive only affect your other minions. The phrasing also doesn't sound completely natural to me. I propose this phrasing instead:
"Whenever you restore Health to a(nother) friendly minion, excess healing is converted into Health."
(Also, you accidentally put my name on linkblade's feedback)
I actually thought about this for a while: I ultimately went with "discard" because it gives the idea of you (momentarily or definitively) losing resources from your hand, but I agree that it's extremely debatable.
Demon Hunter didn't receive buffs just in the Relic department, as the new "discard" archetype got some love as well.
So I wouldn't call the hyper aggressive buffed cards above a "discard" archetype, it's more like a shuffle archetype as only Kryxis the Voracious actually discards cards for DH
Another Squeamlish design, this one more focused on the initial idea of Healing Druid. This allows a fully healed minion to get extra Health when healed, hopefully improving the lackluster Healing Druid cards and allowing some experimentation with old and underperforming neutral minions.
Aggressively statted for 4 Mana but Healing Druid needs a big push and this card still requires synergy, so this feels more than fair to me.
Some quick feedback:

Wailor - I like the new Deathmetal Encorer much more! It's a simple card but does its thing well. Well done!
Arkasaur- Very interesting concepts! You should absolutely go with Premeditate in my opinion. I'll give you some conflicting feedback: I think Wailor's off when he says that the card should be a minion. As a spell it can sit in your hand and do nothing, sure, but as a minion there's no way it wouldn't be busted. Rogue has waaaay too many ways to bounce minions. On a cheap minion, they could bounce it a bunch of times and get insane value as early as turn 3-4, on a mid to late game minion it would be a worthless effect (Shuffle Rogue wants to win in the early to midgame). Gloomblade is unprintable. If this card existed, Rogue would have a Wild OTK that you can pull off on turn 3 with a lucky hand, probably on turn 4-5 on average using Academic Espionage and a Preparation or two.
Linkblade - I really like the concept of a weapon allowing your board to essentially get Windfury. Very very hard to judge how good the card would be without playtesting it but I think at 4 Mana it would probably be absolutely busted. Also a very scary weapon in the same class that has access to Inara Stormcrash on the following turn.
I like it, but the name could be better (unless it's an actual type of wrench, but I couldn't find anything in Google)

I liked the previous statline more, as it allowed it to be useful even if you don't trigger the effect. That said, the new one has the advantage of being easier to trigger, so I'm not sure.

I'd probably drop the "giving Health" part and give it vanilla stats or Taunt to make up for it.
Arkasaur
Premeditate is the better card, but it should really be a Battlecry minion. Probably a vanilla one (something like a 2/3/2 or a 3/3/4), as the effect isn't immediately impactful and needs setup.

Vanndar looks to be the best DH deck now, but hand theft (Theotar, the Mad Duke) utterly destroys the Sire Denathrius win condition and you can't easily run Theotar, the Mad Duke in response because it tends to break Vanndar and Abyssal Depths both.

The Shadowverse community calls them Handless decks, which seems like a fair compromise between the two.

If they provide the tools to create a deck that 95% of the player base cannot hope to use well, it's still a design fail.
