I've been MIA for a few days because a hectic moving expedition that had to happen on extremely short notice, and not having wifi for my computer during that time, but here I am again.

Klai, Tiki Terror is certainly a strong wall. It's probably balanced by the fact that if your opponent has hard removal, that will take care of Klai no problem, but if you don't have it, then you're in for quite a strong defense. I don't want to say that it's OP, but it definitely can be quite strong and problematic to get around.
Anise, Avatar of Ice seems easier to evaluate. Contrary to your comment, I think this is safer in Shaman since they have less cheap Freeze effects that Freeze multiple things at a time. I don't think Snowfall Guardian would be a big problem.
Wailor
An okay idea, but I think Kavei himself is very easy to play around which naturally just limits his potential.

Glorth the Glutton is a strong source of hard removal for Shaman which they normally don't have. The flavor of the card though is absolutely on-point.
Zorqon, Granter of Power is a cool Elemental buffer. I like that the appendages do slightly different things, but in a way that still feels believable. One thing that does bug me though is that Zorqon himself has anti-synergy with the left arm since Immune + Taunt has the same interaction as Stealth + Taunt, which will turn the Taunt off.

This is not a Colossal minion for basically all the reasons AeroJulwin said.
Addendum: "Depths" was supposed to refer to volcanic depths, but now I notice how weird that is. I'll be changing that should I submit it.
So it's basically 4/6 in stats for 4 mana, but it's also a Battlecry, which makes it a little more versatile. I think it's better than I initially thought, at first glance.

New Warlock Minion - Lady Darkvein
Seems like a strong card, considering it can be made to copy the last spell played, instead of a random one. Might see play.
New Warlock Minion - Imp King Rafaam
The 666 and the imp flavor make me love this card. Finally, the neglected imps will rise!
New Shaman Weapon - Carving Chisel
Nice weapon, even with the low attack value. I hope Totem Shaman becomes a thing, after so long!
New Shaman Minion - Crud Caretaker
So it's basically 4/6 in stats for 4 mana, but it's also a Battlecry, which makes it a little more versatile. I think it's better than I initially thought, at first glance.
New Shaman Spell - Criminal Lineup
Really strong card to use on big targets, even with the high cost and Overload. Probably worth running at least one copy of it to seal the game.
New Shaman Spell - Convincing Disguise
Not bad on its own, and quite strong after the Infuse goes off. Also, that art is awesome!
New Shaman Location - Muck Pools
Very cheap location and a nice effect. Probably one of my favorites so far.
New Shaman Minion - Party Favor Totem
Great art, nice effect, and easy to Infuse. Should see some play!
New Shaman Spell - Primordial Wave
Very versatile and strong, it might see play in all Shaman decks, instead of just Evolve ones.
New Shaman Minion - Gigantotem
Awesome art, and really amazing stats for its cost, after you get a few totems rolling!
New Shaman Minion - Baroness Vashj
Very nice evolve target, it'll definitely shine in that archetype.
New Shaman Minion - The Stonewright
Finally, the power of totems is about to be unleashed!
New Rogue Spell - Double Cross
The best of the new secrets, considering how easy it should be to trigger it!
New Rogue Spell - Sticky Situation
A decent enough Secret, but not sure it'll be worth running with the current support Rogue has for that archetype.
New Rogue Minion - Private Eye
Nice stats and easy enough to combo, but somehow I'm still not sold on Rogue secrets.
New Rogue Spell - Door of Shadows
It seems decent, especially after the Infuse is triggered. Might see some play.
New Rogue Spell - Serrated Bone Spike
Pretty nice removal, and it has a good payoff too!
New Rogue Location - Sinstone Graveyard
It has great potential to create huge threats that are hard to remove. I like it a lot!
New Rogue Spell - Kidnap
Doesn't seem super strong, so I doubt it'll see play by itself.
New Rogue Minion - Ghastly Gravedigger
It has pretty decent stats, even without considering the Battlecry. Not sure it'll see any play, though.
New Rogue Minion - Necrolord Draka
I can imagine the OTK potential this one might have. Looking forward to seeing what comes of it!
New Rogue Minion - Halkias
Seems like a really fun card, at least. Not sure if Rogue secrets are good enough to make it viable, though.
New Priest Spell - The Light! It Burns!
Quite a good spell, but does Priest really need even more removal?
New Priest Spell - Identity Theft
Choosing two cards for 3 mana seems like quite a strong option.
