Galactus the World Eater

How To Play:
There are 2 phases to play the deck: Destroy Worlds followed by Winning. For the first couple of turns you attempt to retain priority, so you can ensure your Galactus lands through disruption (specifically Aero). Then you want to give priority away after Galactus to ensure your cards are Shang proof and your Shang is live (also applies even more to Valkyrie versions). Having turn 5 Spider-Man or Doc Oc after Galactus makes this even easier because it gives perfect information about your opponent's last turn. Kang has also given a big boost to this deck's ability to climb ladder as an additional way to see your opponent's last turn after Galactus, but also, and more importantly, allowing you to see if they have the Aero when you are about to destroy worlds. Snap + Kang > they play Aero, go back and retreat.

Additional Info:
With the advent of the Thanos meta the Galactus deck isn't in a great place, since its soft to Aero and early Leeches. But you can definately climb ranks thanks to the combination of the high power level and opponents not always prepping for it, due to the low volume of Galactus players on the ladder right now.

I've been experiencing a bug where I can add ETC to my deck, but it won't let me add any cards to his band. So far it has only happened with my Thief Priest deck, as I can use him just fine in other decks. I've had to delete the deck and rebuild it in order to fix the issue. Then when I wanted to change his band, same thing. Has anyone else encountered this?

See there's this little deck called elites 

it curves out better then every other deck.

So unless your garbage pile of curve followers and compete with theirs.

Why do anything? 

Like I'm an mtg player my decks are interesting and high synergy.

But like yeah you can take every single deck in the entire game of LOR and boil it down to I put numbers down while drool runs out of my mouth.

Like never have I had to ask what's in his deck because it's literally 3 cards.

I likes that control deck you were playing with literally one card in hand because you curved out so hard? I had fun cool deck.

Hemier is in there somewhere right? Maybe some draw, some level up wincon you know like the whole game was in there somewhere? Let me know when you find it.

You know this whole experience has been the strongest argument for rotation in LOR I have yet to find. When every single deck in the entire game just boils down to play your threats on curve kill their threats, and replace your threats when they die there isn't really a game at all.

It's just solitaire.

Competition Theme: Dies To Removal

Everyone dies eventually; some sooner than others.

• You must design a spell that can damage, destroy, or disappear a minion or minions.
  • Transform does not count: the intent is to remove the minion(s) from the board completely.

Wailor is on the hunt, bringing out the big guns, holy blasts, volcanoes, and whatever else is necessary to eliminate the enemy.

... Am not an on/off but better/worse player (Never reached legend, but enjoyed the climb in several expansions, peaking at rank 1 5 stars :P)
