Did anyone else notice the patch that just came out?
Besides bug fixes and Tombs of Terror files there is one gameplay change - no more class bonuses for discovers. That is huge in my opinion! Control Warrior relies heavily on its discover effects - extra copies of Tomb Warden, Armagedillo, Dyn-o-matic or Omega Devastator are often crucial for the deck. Now Delivery Drone, Omega Assembly and Flunky all loose a lot of power. The deck is still likely very good against aggro, but should now have much bigger trouble in the late game.
What do you think about this. Is Warrior loosing even more of its power or is it fine just getting neutral taunts and mechs?

March of the Legion
| [A Custom-Made Booster Expansion for Hearthstone] |

The schemes are set, the troops are rallied, and the "FOOLISH MORTALS" are tempted... The Legion is returning to Azeroth!
This time they've come prepared with 54 powerful class specific cards! (with more potentially on the way)
Each set provides new "DEMONICALLY ENHANCED" support for a specific class archetype that has previously been low tier or even un-played.
Author's Note
I'm still quite new to custom card creation, and this is both my first time attempting to make a cohesive set, and my first time publishing anything online. I had a lot of fun creating this, but I'm aware it could almost certainly use some tweaking, so I'd really appreciate constructive criticism!
With that in mind, this is what I'm calling a Booster Expansion, a small update to bring under-used deck archetypes into the Meta by giving them a Boost in the form of new niche class cards, so for each set I will recommend some existing cards that I would use alongside my supplement cards.
As one final aside before we get into the cards themselves, despite generally being a Wild player, I designed these cards with the Standard Format in mind, considering that I find that the Standard Meta is more open to new and emerging archetypes, and It was a lot easier in terms of balancing.
Thanks for reading! And without further ado...
But what's an invasion without invaders? 8 Demonic Commanders! (and uh... 1 very enthusiastic Troll?) Lead this army to it's glorious conquest.
Let's meet them now!

Archimonde, Lord of the Legion has set his Warlocks to initiate the invasion, shuffling portals into their decks to create an unending swarm of empowered Felhunters in the mid to late game, closing out the match. Paired with on draw effects, and re-shuffles, those puny mortals won't stand chance!

Jaina was a Dreadlord spy all along! and even now, she and her Mages are still keeping secrets, their lies provide ample defence though, which could lead to a formidable control style secret deck alongside the anti-aggro secret tech added in the last expansion.

Veneratus peered for too long into the void and lost his mind, now he leads a dark cult of Priests who turn light into shadow for the Legion, this deck legitimizes shadow Priest both as a value style deck summoning large minions without the drawback, and as a potential combo deck akin to old Mind Blast Priest.

Hey! If you made it all the way down here, I'd like to sincerely thank you for reading through the whole thing! Like I said up top, I really would love feedback, so if you have any notes at all, please do leave them below. I'll probably be checking this thread religiously for at least the next few days, sharing for the first time can be nerve wracking you know? Either way, I had fun doing this, so I suppose it's all worth it already, If I'm honest I rather like just looking at it's formatting, very pretty... unless it all messes up when I press "Create Thread", first time posting after all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bye!
I suppose the subject says it all, but I was really thrilled to see my first ever front page deck. I'm 40-15 with it and I think it's a lot of fun (if weak against Quest Shaman). Lemme know what you …

The few people I've spoken to haven't gotten anything.
Given that apparently 63,000 packs were meant to be given out during the most recent broadcast run, would have thought the odds were reasonably high enough to get at least a single pack.

I am not sure if this was requested yet but it would be really nice to be able to favorite decks or save them to a favorite deck list so I could go back and see them and check them for changes or updates. It would be nice to have a list of favorite decks under my profile.
It would also be really nice to be able to follow deck builders and get a notification if they update a deck or create a new one.

Hakkar, the Soulflayer is missing a related card section for Corrupted Blood.
OOC Team,
Would it be easier to make a dedicated thread to point out any missing related cards, or should we just open a new thread anytime one is located?
Update: Yeah I've found 2 others already that need related cards. Let me know if I should open a new thread for each one, or turn this into a dedicated thread.

"But Cheese! Rogue already has Secrets and they cost 2 mana, not 0!"
Yes, but I started making this series of secrets before K&C, therefore before actual Rogue secrets were released. I thought it makes much more sense for Rogue secrets to cost 0 mana rather than 0 because it fits the combo nature of the class better.
My Rogue secrets are mostly based around keeping tempo.

In addition, I remade Evasion and Cheat Death as 0 mana Rogue Secrets:

Unfortunately I couldn't find any 0 mana effect that would fit Sudden Betrayal.
Like Paladin secrets, my Warriors secrets cost 1 mana. They are mostly defensive Secrets rather than tempo ones.

Yes, I know two of them are called Last Stand. I fucked up.
Warlock secrets are expension, this is why their effect is powerful and their trigger conditions restrictive to not be easily countered. Warlock secrets are control-oriented.

I tried to think about secrets for Druid; Shaman; and Priest, but they don't feel like secret classes at all.
I guess something with Overloaded Secrets could be strategically nice but sort of complicated UI-wise.

The simplest way to achieve this is new hero powers. Each class would have 3 powers that they can select for a deck. Here are some examples:
Mage:
Priest:
These are just (probably unbalanced) examples but think of the diversity this could add to the game. There could also be cards that do different things based on which specialization your class has.
I recently got into wild but i would like to know what the strongest decks are in wild. I heard it might be secret/tempo mage but i could be wrong

Hi y'all, here's this idea I had for how alternate Hero Powers could be introduced without making them broken like Genn and Baku were:

The alternate Hero Powers would be along the same power level as the basic Hero Powers, but they would allow for different synergies, like the Hero Powers in the Dalaran Heist. I think this version of the effect is the most balanced, since like quests it takes up a card in your opening hand, and it can only start effecting the game starting on turn 4, which makes it not feel as consistent as Genn and Baku. Also, if it ended up being too good, its stats could easily be reduced to a 3/2 or even a 1/1, making alternate Hero Power decks have an awful early game. What do y'all think? Would this be a healthy way to introduce alternate Hero Powers or would it also end up being too powerful?
Dalaran Heist gave us the possibility to choose a hero power for our class. Why not bring this to the PvP part of the game? Here's how I imagine it: Hero powers would become collectible just like ot…
Dalaran Heist gave us the possibility to choose a hero power for our class. Why not bring this to the PvP part of the game?
Here's how I imagine it: Hero powers would become collectible just like other cards. HOWEVER they would not be considered cards properly speaking because they would have a specific slot for them in each deck list. All 9 existing hero powers would be part of the basic set. Then, from time to time, Blizz could give us collectible hero powers as the second class legendary slot for each class, kinda like Quests right now.
Non-basic Hero Powers wouldn't need to have the restrictions of basic ones. They could be passive; have a cost different from 2; have an effect with keywords in them and that is more specific than the basic hero powers which were designed to be versatile; etc... It would also be the occasion to give ping hero powers to classes that don't have one but desparately need one (hi Priest and Warlock).
Blizzard already has part of the code done for that since it's done in Heist. Pain Split and Touch of Bark, for instance, both look like good candicates. On the other hand, Cut-less and The Pact aren't due to the tempo they generate.
or am i the only stupid who does that. i mean, druids and mechs... c'mon... :D

Secret Burn Mage is really out of control in wild. I feel the only way you can beat them is to get lucky that they drew horribly.
Has anyone found a deck that consistently beats them. Teching in secret tech to every deck doesn’t help, there has to be a deck out there that is actually a hard counter to this deck.
More than half of my matches at rank 5 in wild are burn mage. It’s really getting old and I would like to start putting them in their place. I just played 5 matches, of which 4 were burn mage.

Hey random Q: got a friend request; assuming salt incoming but I honestly find it funny so always accept, but I couldn't accept this person's request because they "had too many friends". My question is: if someone tries to accept your request but can't for that reason, does Bnet alert you in any way since players can't send messages to non-friends to let them know hey your friend pool is full?

Here are a few breakdowns on the new quests:
There are three quests that allow for zero flexibility in building:
Paladin: great reward, good deck, fun deck, but there's only one way to use this quest. Play all of the reborns and add mech deathrattles. There are really no other versions out there. And since they rarely re-use keywords, we might not get other reborns in the future to make the options more interesting.
Warlock: this deck was already built the moment the quest was printed. Plot twist is the only way. Unlike Paladin, though, this one doesn't really work. Also unlike Paladin, however, there is room for future development.
Druid: quest Druid is strong and may be fun, but there is no room for variety. Every quest Druid game plays out the same way. Leave mana for 4 turns, start playing the same bunch of choose ones. Even with more choose one options in the future, this deck is more or less set in stone. There's no way to aggro it, since you have to float mana early.
The other decks work/don't work to varying degree, but they all allow some flexibility in style. You can aim for aggro, midrange, or control with most of them. Priest can only be control, but there are various approaches. Shaman is the ultimate example of flexibility. There are 1,000 battlecry minions in the game, so you have nearly infinitely many combos to play around with.
There are 4 quests that can regularly, easily be completed very early in the game: Shaman, Druid, Paladin, and Rogue. Warrior can sometimes be completed early. Warlock, Hunter, Mage, and Priest all necessarily take a while.
There are 3 quests that are in meta decks - Shaman, Paladin, and Druid.
Shaman in the only quest that is flexible, easy to complete, and good. Some of the other quests check of 2 of the 3 boxes.
What quests have the most potential in future expansions?
Shaman will always be good.
Warlock needs more plot twist synergies.
Hunter has an amazing collection of cards right now and still can't get the quest to work. It's probably not ever happening.
Rogue can complete easily with quality cards, but the reward is weird. The immunity doesn't matter much for aggro, and the damage is too low for control. Rogue would need more weapon synergy cards for this to work.
Mage has tons of cheap spells already. Maybe the reward just isn't worth it.
Warrior...who knows? It's a fine reward, but there aren't ways to build weapon centered Warrior decks right now. It's not fast enough for aggro, and for control, you'd rather have Dr Boom's hero power.
Paladin will probably be exactly as good as it is right now unless they add some variety in reborn minions.
Priest has plenty of potential to improve. Any control support will help this quest.
Druid will probably be exactly as good as it is right now unless they add something ridiculous in the choose one options.

I'm trash at this game (hardstuck rank 10 if you must know) so perhaps this is obvious, but please bear with me.
Dinotamer Brann reads "If your deck has no duplicates, summon King Krush. My question is, why is Highlander Hunter so strong if there are literally only 2 cards that benefit from it? I understand that [Hearthstone Card (Zephrys) Not Found] is insanely good, but is the combination of it's and Brann's value so good that it's worth running only single copies of cards? Or is there some other reason as to why the deck works so well consistently? Is a 2 mana discounted King Krush plus [Hearthstone Card (Zephrys) Not Found] enough to warrant cutting half your deck?
