This deck is one of many Chef Nomi Rogue decks, however it uses togwaggle's scheme with Heistbaron Togwaggle and Tess Greymane. The thought behind this is that hopefully by increasing your number of threats, you can myra's earlier and safely highroll Chef Nomi on 7 with either Tog or Academic Espionage to fill your deck after Nomi.
