I don't think it's good enough to warrant playing Prayer, but if you generate it off of Renew or Palm Reading it would feel pretty good.
If this thing froze the entire board at the end of turn, it would be insanely frustrating if not downright broken. Turtle Mage is one of the most hated decks ever, and it required 9 mana and severe deck restrictions. Obviously this would be easier to deal with, but not every deck carries spell-based removal or weapons to do so.

The idea is cool and all, but I don't know what you're supposed to be summoning with this. Demon Hunter doesn't even have access to three 5-cost Deathrattle minions right now; the only ones we know of are [card]Taelan Fordring[/card] and [card]Al'ar[/card].
