I've seen essentially this same comment posted literally every time a major member of the team leaves. And yet Hearthstone has continually gotten better and better over time. So I'm very far from worried. Hearthstone is a cash cow that takes FAR fewer development resources than any of their other games.
The 10-pack pity timer activating for this makes it a much better deal than past bundles for those of us primarily grinding Legendaries and dust. I know it's not very fashionable to praise Blizzard, but it's a really nice improvement to the value proposition.
No, if a teacher makes a small correctable mistake, she does not get fired for it instantly. If that's how your job works, I feel nothing but pity for you. But to wish the same on another person who made a mistake that affects your life NOT AT ALL makes it look like you lack the capacity for empathy.
Look at your downvotes, my very angry friend, and consider that perhaps you are WAY wrong on this one. Take the L.
This is the most elegant solution I can think of. It's too bad that there's no way to make it obvious in the game client that things behave this way, but it solves the problem with the fewest negative side effects. A Good Nerf.
It's a very decent deal on the packs. If you don't want it, don't buy it. Personally, the time it would take me to grind gold for 30 packs is MUCH more valuable than $25.
They can't win here. If they took extra time to make it work and delayed the new heroes, people complain about delays. If they decide to ship it to make the deadline even though it's not perfect, people complain they're sloppy. If they don't explain what happened to Reno, people complain they never speak honestly to the fans.
And NOW, if they delay an imperfect hero that doesn't work yet, AND they transparently explain that's what happened, you're complaining they can't "be bothered to actually do their job"? I mean daaaaamn, dude. Chill out.
Um... sorry to say, but the game already works this way. If you have 2 gold, you can sell a minion of your choice to Bob for 1 gold, and then buy a minion *of your choice* for 3. Why would you pay the same amount to lose and gain random minions?
Yeah, we're all SUPER sure you're boycotting all Chinese products. And China definitely noticed one moron on the Internet pretending he's boycotting their manufacturing - what an amazing difference you've made.
Blizzard cares a LOT MORE about the uproar in their player base than China does about your fake boycott that you're not even actually taking part in. Stop being a coward online and start speaking up for what's right instead of chastising people who are braver than you.
The fact that you equate "f*ck the President" with "free an oppressed population" shows what an intellecutally bankrupt argument this is. Additionally, they didn't cite a specific rule about making political statements -- they banned him under a rule that you can't "make Blizzard look bad." That's a totally subjective rule that forces people to make wild guesses about what falls under that umbrella. From where I'm sitting, it's BLIZZARD'S actions that are making them look bad today, not Blitzchung's.
Your suggestion that speaking out against Blizzard without boycotting them is "hypocritical" is really thin reasoning. People have different degrees of dismay with Blizzard's actions here. For some, it's worth boycotting them over. For others, it's worth publicly chastising them over. Neither feeling is more or less legitimate. We don't live in an "all or nothing" world.
In what way has it "been a problem"? Priest has rarely dominated the meta. If you're just going to make things up, I guess I'm glad you've "stopped posting here." Keep it up!
The 27th is a Thursday...

Since they're not *actually* a small indie company, I'm willing to bet this was very much intentional.

Wow, my intelligence is REALLY threatened by someone who can't spell or use punctuation. I truly regret not getting a "braint." Impressive, my dude.

You want someone to lose their livelihood over a software bug? You're a sociopath. Please grow a heart.
Compensation for WHAT? They don't owe you anything. Jiminy Cricket that's pitiful.
Oops.
I'd say it's actually a weaker Spider Tank, because it lacks the Mech tag.

Keep us posted. Very urgent, insightful content!

Who would've thought they'd use "marketing speech" in marketing materials? Your fake shock is truly pitiful.
You feel like you're "being held to ransom" because of some weird persecution complex. It's just a game. It's optional.
