Yes, it is worse than Fel Reaver, but Fel Reaver is actually a pretty good card (and one of the most underrated ones). I think this is going to be a good Arena card (if your deck can go Face a lot) and a bad Constructed card.
Tracking is a bit of a stretch, yes, but I would still try it as the deck runs another win condition (Deathstalker Rexxar). And for most matchups you really want to find that key card that wins you the game (Reno, Rexxar, combo, Dirty Rat, etc.).
That's a sweet deck! I love toying with Control Hunter lists, this seems very nice!
I would opt for more draw to find your specific key cards earlier and more consitantely (+ Loot Hoarder and Tracking). Additionaly, I would add Quick Shot as an early removal option.
As you are playing a highlander deck which is pretty inconsintant by nature, I would try to get rid of some situational cards that are only good in specific matchups (- Explosive Trap, Freezing Trap and Acidic Swamp Ooze).

This looks super awesome! The tough part will be to get to a spot where you can cast the double Hunting Party without dying.

I'd guess not as I would think that the Deathrattle goes off before the reborn minion returns to the field. Might be wrong though.
This is going to be a good Arena card. That is a LOT of stats for 3 mana. It's comparable to Soldier of Fortune which is a really good card in Arena.
Unplayable in Constructed though.
