I can see this spawning a side format for tournaments. 29 normal cards, one Nozdormu.

Notably, a Rogue can still go Coin, Fraud, Shadowstep, Fraud, Edwin for a 10/10 and a 3/2 on turn 1. Still, it seems like a good nerf to keep him in check.

Maybe the worst. If you're gonna play a Rager, generally you'll want to put it behind a taunt. When the Rager itself has taunt, that's a bit of a problem.
The only thing this has going for it is that it has slightly above-curve stats for a 3-drop, which means it's a solid result when evolving an [card]EVIL Cable Rat[/card] or revolving a [card]Desert Hare[/card]... and even then, there's probably 15 or so better results in Standard alone out of the 151 other 3-cost minions. Don't bother ever playing this …
Nope. It's explicitly a 5% chance to get Rod of Roasting and a 19% chance to get any of the other options.

Oh lord. Paladin finally has its first demon, and he is glorious. This turns [card]Air Raid[/card] into something truly annoying.
Ah, this one breaks the pattern.
- [card]Arcane Missiles[/card]: 3 missiles, 1 mana
- [card]Cinderstorm[/card]: 5 missiles, 3 mana
- [card]Avenging Wrath[/card]: 8 missiles, 6 mana
By this rule, this should only fire 9 missiles, but 10 for 7 just seems more... right, somehow.
