It's -1/+1 on [card]Despicable Dreadlord[/card], hits your opponent's face, and scales with stuff like [card]Bloodmage Thalnos[/card] and [card]Malygos[/card]. I think 5 is just fine, even with the restriction of being legendary.
If your hand is empty (and with DH that's not an impossibility) this is essentially a much cheaper [card]Sprint[/card] that also ruins your opponent's hand. That's kinda disgusting.
I agree with most of these nerfs, but Kayn baffles me. Since when was having 5 health the issue? He should cost 5 mana instead.

Simple. If you include Untamed Beastmaster in your deck, that's one (and possibly two) non-Beast minions, which makes Master's Call significantly worse if you don't draw the Beastmaster.

I imagine it pulls from the full suite of Mage spells available. Also, Arcane Intellect doesn't target and Molten Reflection can only target friendly minions, so neither of those will work against you.
