I don't understand this attitude that the only way a person can make up their mind about an issue is waiting for the justice system to prosecute it and bring it to trial. There is plenty of information out there, plenty of detailed accusations in the investigation by the State of CA. Yes, there might be a trial that adjudicates some kind of punishment or compensation (or maybe not, they could settle), but that doesn't stop you from reading and having an opinion.
You can use your own judgment, read available information, take into account past history. If you just defer all your opinions to what the justice system can prosecute and prove beyond a reasonable doubt you would think that Bill Cosby is a perfectly fine man.
