[card]Master's Call[/card], it gave a huge boost to midrange hunter and made for a really fun deck with synergies with cards like [card]Dire Frenzy[/card] and [card]Zul'jin[/card]. While it leaves the class in a good spot with like six good archetypes, it allowed Midrange Hunter to be a viable archetype during a time when Hunter did not have any others.
It's that time of year again, in only approximately two months there will be a new year rotation, which will probably bring with it another round of Hall of Fame. What cards do you think will be HoF'd? What cards do you hope will be HoF'd?
Freeze Mage. Stall with your freeze spells, make sure you have [card]Ice Block[/card] up, on turn 9 play [card]Alexstrasza[/card], then on turn 10 kill him with some combination of [card]Frostbolt[/card], [card]Ice Lance[/card], [card]Fireball[/card].
I think it's fair to say that this shows once again how important a healthy local comptetitive esports scene is. There are tons of French LAN tournaments, which also manage to get pretty high viewership. The only other country with a comparable Hearthstone esports scene is China, which showed during the Global Finals, where the Chinese players wiped the floor …
I've been doing pretty well against Druids. [card]Embiggen[/card] druid's big weakness is their early game and going either very wide or very tall. This deck can do all those things, provided you draw well. You can consider subbing in [card]Deadly Shot[/card] to be better able to deal with their huge taunts. Another thing to not forget is that Embiggen druid …
Thank you for the kind words!
I've been having tons of fun with this card, it really breathes some new life into the old [card]Master's Call[/card] hunter before it and [card]Zul'jin[/card] leave standard. I have included my decklist and a guide to it in this comment. I feel it would also fit in a wild Beast hunter, where it can buff [card]Dire Mole[/card] and [card]Alleycat[/card].
…
Quote From iamnumberbrian nice deck
Thank you! I have added a guide, please let me know how the deck works for you.
Quote From KANSAS Wait I am confused, this isn't a druid deck, right?
...and this is why we don't upload decks when we're tired haha. Thanks, fixed it!
Quote From YourPrivateNightmare Quote From DoubleSummon Quote From YourPrivateNightmare What fucking Ramp Druid are you talking about?
Even Rez Priest is like less than 10% of the ladder.
Everyone's playing Rogue now because it beats all of those decks (and most others)
There's a new druid deck revolving around …
My favourite Hearthstone moment of 2019 was definitely VKLiooon winning the Hearthstone Global Finals. What I'm looking forward to the most in 2020 is more cool cards based on WoW lore characters.
Power Word: Barrier and Meeting of Minds are way too complicated for the Basic Set.
I think it would be smart to look at the Zoo lists from Classic, since that is basically what you're trying to build here. [card]Priestess of Elune[/card] is a terrible card that should never be ran in any deck, I suggest changing it to [card]Young Priestess[/card] instead.
Nice deck, but I have a few questions about it. What exactly do you want to hit with [card]Expired Merchant[/card]? [card]Valdris Felgorge[/card], [card]Kronx Dragonhoof[/card]? Also [card]Flame Imp[/card] seems weird in this list, seeing as how it's not an aggressive list besides it. Maybe replace it with [card]Elven Archer[/card], [card]Dragon Egg[/card] or [card]Cheeky Anklebiter[/card]? Also is there any reason why you …
What would you replace [card]Vessina[/card] with? [card]Bloodlust[/card]? Also, is [card]Sludge Slurper[/card] still worth it after the nerf?
This mainly hits the [card]Spirit of the Frog[/card]/[card]Zentimo[/card] build of Galakrond Shaman, which depended on this card for huge cheap swings. While this nerf pretty much renders that version of the deck unplayable, I think it's for the better. Going off with [card]Spirit of the Frog[/card] to get a huge [card]Mutate[/card]/[card]Invocation of Frost[/card]/[card]Earthen Might[/card] swing, or a cheap 4-mana freeze …
[card]Veiled Worshipper[/card] is not the powerhouse of the deck, in fact when looking at the drawn winrate of the most popular Galakrond Zoo deck on HSReplay [card]Fiendish Rites[/card] is at #1, while [card]Veiled Worshipper[/card] is among the bottom cards. So, it makes sense to nerf [card]Fiendish Rites[/card] when wanting to keep the deck in control. While I agree that it's …
It's a good change, that won't even kill its main combos. You can still play it with [card]Dragon Breeder[/card] and [card]Barista Lynchen[/card], the only thing you can't do anymore is play the buffed-up version after playing a fully invoked Galakrond, which I think is a great change because getting an [card]Arcanite Reaper[/card] and three 7/6's with rush in one turn …
Good change, it's still viable. Also don't think it will knock Rogue down from having a top-tier deck, since Galakrond is still insane.
