There was a thread about that somewhere on Twitter, but it does seem like it!
Being hesitant, or having "Cold Feet" right before something important.
And also "Ghouls Rush In", which is a play on "fools rush in" (a saying I never heard of, tbh). That can be seen as the opposite, reckless behaviour.
Those are really fitting names, considering that one passive rewards you for holding on to your Corpses and not making a "commitment", while the Ghouls want to see action every turn over and over
It's going to be really interesting to see how the Rune aspect will turn out! Usually it's prefered to have a smaller pool of card buckets, which, if the buckets even go by those rules, favors triple rune lists.
They could also add 1-Rune requirements to each Hero Power. Though I'm not sure if that would make things too restrictive and ultimately lead to less of a general choice
You are absolutely right, those are some great cards I missed! Definitely makes more sense than some of the filler I ran, like Arcane Missiles and Ice Lance.
Lists like the aggro Druid don't really need legendaries. If you got the turm 1-4 plays in your deck, you can fill the rest up with any 5+ cost card you got left over.
The Legendaries and Epics in Murloc Shaman also aren't crucial. I would recommend the missing Gorlocs we mentioned, an extra Bloodlust, along with any high-cost filler.
Tbh, when Crowley was first announced I somehow wrongly assumed the cannon would deal 2 damage, and thought it would still be bad.
But the starting stuff can only get the cannons so far, without additional synergy over the course of the run it will never be the center of crowley's gameplay. Either that or they make them completely busted.
Since those tickets have a different name, I'd imagine they got better odds at Legacy URs, similar to the Xyz and Synchro Pack ones.
I really hope I can find the time to play this event. By the sound of how the second phase will play out, it's at the very least an improvement to Duel Links. The DP gain there used to be static, regardless of who you were facing afaik.
For the otk it's best to prepare some cheap Spells, either by keeping the cheap ones, or reducing them with Illuminate and Palm Reading.
The combo isn't needed for every game though, Shadow Word: Void is the strongest standalone card and often the best copy you can get from Shadow Visions.
Keep in mind that this is an early attempt for the current meta, so the list might not be ideal yet.
You do get the reward, so it's definitely worth it. Maybe they referred to other updates, sometimes the Season ends without announcement and it's hard to prepare for a refunded run.
Yeah, I really didn't expect this deck to be so popular. I hope it's just the initial hype and people generally being tired of Swordsoul/Tenyi.
Also I think it's mostly the fact that it can be built with almost no UR CP that makes everyone give it a try. That, and it'll be absolutely everywhere for the upcoming festival anyways...
You're welcome ^_^
Thanks for pointing that out. I replaced the two cards with some alternatives

You're right xD In my mind all I could think of were Scarab Egg, Nerubian Egg, and Dragon Egg. I should've done more Egg-Research :p
I'm guessing their logic might be that the egg is almost hatched. You can already see the beak of whatever evil lurks inside.

Yeah it got absolutely destroyed. Now it's on the same level of useless as Stalker's Supplies

It's been a fun climb with Naga Priest for me so far ^_^

Nice to hear. Aggro is indeed great for fast wins!
You're welcome, Avalon ;D
Interesting reasoning on those substitutes!
If you found the Deathrattles to be lacking, I was actually considering Loot Hoarder as an option.

Yeah, if The Monarchs Erupt wasn't limited it would be a lot scarier tho. Just gotta practice drawing Pantheism of the Monarchs every game, ez.
