Burgle rogue is getting quite a bit of support, which is nice to keep it fresh and viable in standard
Seems easy enough to have it proc, but I fail to see which deck or situation would make this necessary in a list, other than a discount for your next HP.

This is a pretty convenient tool for most DH decks.
Most turn, DH wants to use its HP anyway, so fair to say you'd get value, or are already putting pressure
One may also appreciate the fact that it doesn't restrict the buff to any minion type, or any condition for that matter.
All you need is a board :)
That's a solid 2 drop, a pretty versatile too due to the multiple synergy it can provide
