We will have to see how reliable the soul fragment are in first place to really see if this can make the cut, because the chances are also good for this to be rarely play on curve with full effect ... I'm not certain it is good enough, not compare to some of the other soul frag's toolbox

It is good, but I do think it is a bit slow for Rexxar, as to benefit you'd have to play this on T4 - 3 if you coin - but at the same time, Hunter always struggled with card draw, so this could be a remedy. But overall, decent cost, stat and effect with a beast tag already slapped on, I'm confident this will find its niche.
That's a pretty neat design. I love how they really went to town this expansion on goofy creative ideas.

Small board clear with a soul frag generation. At (3) mana, this is pretty good.
It does a lot for you, for the modest and affordable sum of only (5) mana ; the deal of the century!
