Oh, and don't expect any strong connections to Warcraft. After all, they removed "Heroes of Warcraft" quite a while ago.
Quote From Horus I definitely prefer this format over the previous mono-class master tournament
I much prefer the greater number of classes represented. Variations of the same deck certainly adds some strategic decisions but ultimately …
2 mana [card]Extra Arms[/card] wasn't why Combo Priest rocks; it was the reason Priest had become viable. I would have much preferred 2 mana [card=gold]Inner Fire[/card]. Sigh.
Although the strongest classes haven't changed much it's still nice to see a little more variety.
I mostly play Wild, and with the larger card pool it's much easier to construct Highlander decks. So [card=gold]Zephrys the Great[/card] was one of my very first crafts. In Standard, the question is really whether you like playing Highlander decks. …
Quote From ARES Lots I haven't tested yet but so far the Scarlet Webweaver has been amazing.. honorable mention for Pressure Plate cause it got me out of a few sticky situations.
Yeah, I still …
Quote From doingtheobvious Wild is the same as it ever was. At least this early on.
I've been seeing a lot more Reno decks to take advantage of the new cards. [card=gold]Zephrys the Great[/card] always …
I'm still tweaking the deck; but my Wild Reno Quest Priest deck is now 10-10. It loses most of the time to really fast decks and of course, Big Priest. However, if you somehow stabilize the board you win more …
Obviously it's still sad that Raza was nerfed but if he's played AFTER the Priest hero power is upgraded he still reduces the cost to 1. Food for thought for the new quest.
It's a shame that [card=gold]Plague of Murlocs[/card] wasn't the first neutral spell.
Quote From blackcoffeaddict I keep hearing people say this. So what ? How many mammoths did we have in the year of the mammoth ? And how many ravens in year of the raven ? When will you …
This is supposedly the second expansion of The Year of the Dragon. So what the heck!? No dragons!
Yes, I was expecting such an indirect nerf. Something like [card=gold]King Phaoris[/card] which now muddies the 10-mana slot. Of course, they also added [card=gold]Colossus of the Moon[/card] so obviously Blizzard was sending us a mixed message.
Not a versatile card. Only fits one type of Hunter deck. But what an asset this card will be in that type of deck!
Even though the Secret acquired is random the value is amazing. Draw a card, play a 3-cost card for free and you only paid 2 mana. Wow.
I suggested this card a while back for 3 mana. Really happy to see it for 2 mana.
I believe Reno is a concept best conceived in Wild. With so many cards available to build decks with the so-called handicap is mitigated.
It'll take some time to find out how strong this really is but one thing is for sure; if there's a way to make it rock Zetalot will find it.
This deck currently has a 59% win rate in Wild at ranks 5-10. It will certainly benefit from [card=gold]Embalming Ritual[/card]. Sadly the new quest has no synergy and will be too slow. I've tried adding a [card]Grave Horror[/card] but I …
There are a few minions that damage themselves as a Battlecry. Excellent synergy with this quest.
