Can someone explain to me the economic move of crafting cards before opening the packs? OP said he is doing that. What are the pros of it? Cause im only seeing cons here atm
yeah i agree with that. but im also stating how HS is locking the success of others cause many potential customers wont leave HS now, as opposed to a time when there would be no HS
Dont get me wrong, ive played it and it seems very good in a universe loved by many including me, The Elder Scrolls, but at the end of the day HS just has the monopoly. the only reason Magic is doing well is cause it has the cult following from the 90's and is all around a great game with players joining the ranks from the paper version.
LoR is the ultimate contender, if they cant hack it then im afraid nobody will in the digital card game industry as long as HS is around. Mainly cause ppl are attached to their collections and the time/money they invested in so no way they are dropping everything. card games are close to full time games, u cant exactly play other games unless u drop it entirely.
synergy with enrage minions, and u get to go face. ppl often forget that the aggro warrior was actually good before all this evolve wild nonsense plagued ladder.
THE ONLY problem with the event was its duration. its very rare that an event on any live service game lasts 2 month. its usually 1 month tops. this was stupid and it ruined a meta that was considered to be healthy
We cant forget that some invoke cards are bad except shaman galakrond hero power helps u maintain board control which cancels out the tempo loss from invoke cards. Helps u reach mid to late game while using the quest and u just slam this guy on turn 9 that ckearsand secures board with 4 8/8 rush minions.
Its all gonna come down to how good is warlock control gonna be
You can already see the agonizing effort from the ppl here of having to do yet another meta report so close to the new set AND during the honey moon phase of Battlegrounds.
it wasnt easy to find? ppl that work for a living on the game didnt find that out. random ppl on the internet found it in less than 30 min after the card was revealed. what conclusions do you take from these facts?
I havent played it yet. Im just expecting to face the classic zoolockers flexing on us fools experimenting decks.
I might join this dark side just to get those easy stars. I guess it depends on what i get on my packs
going up in flames cause of a measly cosmetic is pedantic af

12 packs total. seems very fitting
if in order to play handlock in standard we need to use dragons in a class that never saw them, then ok sure, im in.
