I have nothing against DH but those nerfs felt good. Step by step it's becoming less a meme about overpowered cards and more a fair class with few RNG stuff and straightforward gameplay.
Glad they are doing this. I really like how MTG opens its development with Mark Rosewater's Making Magic articles so I think this is a nice move from Team 5. I know it's only a Card Back but it's a step on the right direction to share the magic behind the scenes with the community.
This one, like Kobold Librarian, is an awesome card for aggro decks. I think I want to give a try a Zoo DH deck and this kind of drawing cards keep the card flow of going next to Spectral Sight and maybe Skull of Gul'dan (DH doesn't have the powerful draw engine of the Warlock's Hero Power).
A decent T1 that can be crazy good with the Outcast trigger. Also a really nice cantrip card when it's topdecked.
I know Hearthstone has its ups and downs but at least it is a fun ride (well, not so much on Shamanstone or Druidstone). And I'm really interested on the changes to come the next months.
This card has an awesome design and flavor. I love how the Rogue burgle theme fits perfectly here with the Discover of the other three classes that had Secrets.
I don't know how strong is gonna be Secret Quest Rogue but seems a deck fun to try at release.
I'm not sure about a 1-Cost Hero Power. Also the Demon Hunter class in a far far future when Stardard rotates is going to be an exclusive Wild class (with only an Standard cycle of card support)? At least we can expect new classes coming next years.
Also incredible rework on the Priest. I like it and I hope they find their new class style because res is not that fun to play against.
From all the Galakrond Shaman nerfed cards I think, like most of you, that unnerf [Hearthstone Card (Invocation of Frost) Not Found] can be fair thing. I'm not a Wild player so I can't theorize about that but I quite liked [Hearthstone Card (Yogg-Saron, Hope's End) Not Found] (out of tournaments).
In my opinion one of the strengths of HS is that is an only-digital card game (that's why I love the Discover mechanic, something only possible on digital) and this kind of balance changes can be done relatively quick and reaching all players at the same time (not like MTG where format balancing is made only via un/banning cards and casual players can miss the news). I like this new faster balance changes philosophy.
Honestly with this small Shaman nerfs (Sludge Slurper, seriously?) I was expecting some buffs to the weakest classes like Priest to compensate (Galakrond Priest 36% winrate). I'm sure Galakrond Shaman can drop from the current 59% winrate close to his brothers Quest and Overload at 54%. Still a really Shaman-y Tier 1 environment.
Such a nice reply! As much as I can see the transform as an advantage for combat trading value if we are realistic I don't think a nerf beyond a Faceless for 6 Mana 5/4 or 5 Mana 4/3. If they push the nerf to a 3/3 I think the card would be left behind.
I mean, Faceless needs another minion to clone itself and don't have the Choose One versatility so a nerf to a 4/3 seems fair to me. And class card only adds a point to the "design pool".
Oasis Surger 5 mana 3/3 clones itself without help + Choose One.
I like those nerfs but [Hearthstone Card (Galakrond, the Tempest) Not Found] summoning 6/6s instead of 8/8s breaks the Battlecry effect x1 - x2 - x4 of the five Galakronds and I'm not sure Team 5 is willing to make that change.
Sad news but it's the right move, safety first. Also I was expecting it after Dreamhack cancelations.
I think Gamescom 2020 is the only large video game convention left standing.
100% agree.

Nerfed DH cards: Altruis the Outcast (still powerful), Battlefiend, Glaivebound Adept, Eye Beam, Skull of Gul'dan (still powerful), Aldrachi Warblades, Crimson Sigil Runner, Imprisoned Antaen and Priestess of Fury.

I really like the Battlefiend nerf to a 1/2.
Bye bye to:
T1: Play 2/2 Battlefiend.
T2: Play the second 2/2 Battlefiend + Hero Attack + 1x 3/2 Battlefiend attacks = 26 Health and 2x 3/2 Battlefiends.
I'm not gonna miss you.

Pure Paladin is gaining some nice tools with the next expansion.
As a main Paladin player I'm really happy with the Libram mechanic (I'm not an aggro player and Mech Paladin is not a deck for me).
This makes me feel nostalgic.

I loved how well this WCDC system works. Congrats to all the Fan Creation team members and superb work.
I'm ready for this! I really like the main page with the countdowns.

All 3 Galakrond-related Shaman cards nerfed and with Mogu Fleshshaper, Faceless Corruptor and Sludge Slurper we have 6 cards from the Shaman deck nerfed in a month. World record?

My vote is on a new set of nerfs after Holidays.

I would like to see a nerf on Faceless Corruptor with stats closer to [Hearthstone Card (Oasis Surger) Not Found]. Like 5 mana 4/3.
