I have always been a pessimist when it comes to dual-class constructed. It's fine in Arena or Solo stuff, but as soon as you give players complete freedom with deck construction you open up Pandora's box when it come to game balance. Sure, there's a huge number of cool things you could do, but a few of those will be so unfair that they they'll quickly establish a meta that is even less forgiving than Wild.
The heart of the problem is that HS has always been designed and balanced on the basis that the classes are distinct, with the only exceptions being:
Neutral, dual- and tri-class cards, which are themselves balanced with their availability to classes in mind.
Thief rogue and priest cards, which don't give you anywhere close to complete control on what you'll get.
Breaking this fundamental part of HS's design is huge deal, and would take a lot of effort before it was the paradise of creativity it first sounds like.
Don't get me wrong - I'd love to be in the world where dual-class constructed existed and worked dreamily well - but I just don't see it happening.
The fear is real, DualClass is 100% going to break the meta! But what if constructed and wild are already doing it?!
Let me explain my POV: There are cards (especially mana cheats and swing cards as Box, Il'Gynoth, etc.) that shouldn't exist at all in a competitive environment. Removing those cards will result in much healtier meta and fairer game experience. Now, Imagine combining Mage stuff & Sorcerer's Apprentice w/ Rogue... OBLIVION! The real problem has always been Card Design, whatever the mode is...
My idea has always consisted in a separate Dual-Class Standard & Wild Costructed Modes feat. collection's bans and base set-reworks. You can check my Custom Mode Concept HERE
Dual Class mode should def. be a thing. They are wasting so many opportunities!
While Duels fails, Dual Class would get 4x interest from constructed players than Duels do.
Imagine building your own bi-class deck, how many possibilities would you get? How many archtypes could pop on? How much time would you invest testing, and having fun, with the different heroes combinations?
I can't believe how toxic people are. There's no reason to flame someone when he's just motivating his choice. If you don't care about it, just go elseway or stfu.
Anyway, I also quit playing since 2 weeks. The reasons are many and I'm feeling hopeless about the game itself.
First reason, I'm bored AF to wait 4 months to get new cards that sinergies with the ones that came out 1 year ago. I don't understand what is Team 5 doing or waiting. They need to make a change asap because people get bored of playing just after 1 mont since release of an expansion. I would like to get new cards each month to keep the hype alive. Some kind of mini set of 55 cards obtainable from packs (like yu-gi-ho). No more expansions, just mini sets focused on balancing the game while keeping it fun!
Second reason, balance and synergies. But you've already explained the problems... I want to add that some class seems very sketchy and unfun. Mechanics becames un-creative and Discover feels the only thing that matter. Because having more cards became way more important of having the right cards...
I don't want to say anything more, It would be really boring...
I kept wild cards since Old Gods release. I disenchanted all of them at the start of the year of the dragon... I have every PvE but dusted all the cards, imagine craft them at full price, never ever going to happen.
They must edit the craft/dust system to implement that mode and make it accessible to everyone.
For example:Legendary costs 1600 - Rent the card for the new mode will cost 400 - Pay additional 1200 to use it in Wild
If none of this is going to happen, I hope that the new mode will be just something else, like Dual-Class mode.
Yes I can confirm. I think the new mode will be something related to older expansions...
Seasonal rotation of expansions very likely.
But the dilemma is: Do we have to craft the cards that we owned before at full craft price? Sounds like a joke, isnt it?
They said "These cards can only be played in Wild format", so a lot of people (like me) dusted them because "Wild it's Wild" (you know what I mean). It looks like a giant SCAM from my point of view and I'm not ever going to re-craft them at full craft price.
There's a lot of F2Players around, and it will be very hard for them to access such a mode. I hope they will understand that, and act smartly in that matter. Maybe allowing players to craft old cards for the dust price instead of craft price.
If it wont happen, the mode will probably be a fiasco.
I would play Classic forever if it sticks to the Year of the Mammoth
Mad World.
I can see Team5 2.0 frame, each class is going to be different, finally ffs.
s(Ph)ELlbreaker died for this
(9) 5 Armor
Battlecry: Destroy every DH on earth and bring back fellas from oblivion.
I love Ben's smile, but I still miss original Ben though.

The answer is... Infinity.
Awesome card.
5 stars

Few things to copypaste from other games:
-Add wild cards and insert them instead of random epics/legendaries
-Remove random packs from rewards and add pack shards instead (1 shard = 1 pack of your choice).
-Add more premium content for paid pass
-Rework arena or introduce new draft mode (runterra like), nobody wants 4 tickets now
-I usually get 9000+ gold in 4 months, this pass is decreasing the mere value of our economy...
(18+14=32 PACKS) 3200 + 4000 =7200 Gold
BAD
Only secret passage is broken AF

Why always Uther?
It's 2020, please Team5 give my man something to play with.
God tier design!
Long we waited... but finally some control tool for Druid.
Potentially broken, especially with new giants being printed.
Grumble, Worldshaker crying in the corner
Discover (3) 3/3 is already an auto-include in almost every deck.
If you draw this in late-game it's even better!
I don't see how this card is supposed to not worth the play...
