It's a funny and flavorful card, but I don't see it being used much in constructed. Generally by the time you are playing 5+ mana cards you are looking for more than just raw stats.

Anyway. This card is slow. For now I see only one way to use it. Rogue, play it and Shadowstep to hand. You will have 0 mana corrupt card so almost everything should corrupt it and Rogue can spam tons of cards. It will be like budget Edvin which can be buffed through multiple turns and can't be silenced.
When they say "all" does this mean you need an empty board to maximize the effect? So if you have a minion on board, this loses a ton of value.
Interesting combo with Wrathscale Naga. Needs some order lul, I think. Cast this, suicide 1 minion, then drop Wrathscale Naga, assuming you can suicide all 12 tokens, that is worth 36 damage across all enemies. Of course this means token DH needs to be a thing.
Cool card with DK Jaina. Deal 12 dmg, heal for 12.
Power of Creation is played, so this could be too, but standard lacks elementals for now.

Finally Rakanishu will be useful, maybe even OP a little.
How can this be miracle? It hurts only minions.
