Well, It's not early board clear. You need to play 5+ mana card first, so you can play board clear on turn 6.
Maybe won't be played, but you can still get this by transform or evolve shenanigans.

You sure? Jandice doesn't generate cards to your hand. I think it affects only cards like Sky Raider.
