Grave Strength is like Bloodlust but straight up better if you have the corpses.

    Big fan.

Mortician makes me wonder...what happens if you end up discovering a card with a rune that your deck normally wouldnt be able to run? is that even possible or does the discovery pool exclude those cards?

Why does theo not give a full dust refund? is it because they already plan to change him again?

I hope they don't kill Harpoon Gun. I'd be happy with a nerf to the cost discount or to its durability, it would make it less impactful but keep its basic function valid.

These are so weird for shaman, they dont fit any existing archetype in standard.

Framester seems very polarizing. You either end up getting nothing or you distrupt your opponent's turns heavily. Reminds me of the bomb mechanic for warrior, but i think this has the potential to be way more effective since bombs only deal damage to face and don't actually mess with the opponent's plays, while this can potentially shut down combos, or just ruin tempo. Interesting to say the least.

Then the custodian is just so weird, it's similar toAl'Akir the Windlord. It might be strong but I dont know if it fits the shaman's playstyle right now. Seems fun tho.

I am not too fond of the shadehound, it seems a little bit slow, but motion denied seems pretty interesting.

this is my favourite so far.

Deathrattle is my favourite keyword and I really hope we can put together some fun strategy with this card. One thing that worries me is that it seems like a little bit of a tempo loss unless you pick a very impactful deathrattle and/or give him rush. Definitely a lot of potential though imo.

I am loving the Accusation spells so far. Each of them seems to be a class-flavoured Assassination. That said more support to thief priest is wonderful.

these look pretty fun! Accusation and Corpses could probably go well with a deathrattle warlock.

Perjury seems like a neat concept thats pretty thematically funny. reminds me of Sketchy Stranger but way less costly since it automatically casts the secret. It's effectively a direct discount if you discover a mage secret, too.

As for the Stenographer i feel nothing one way or the other. It's not insane but it could be an alternative to Wildpaw Gnoll if you don't want to run his engine.

I agree that Theo sucks a lot. Combo counters are very good for the game's health because it not only stops one-sided matchups but it also allows for player interaction w hich is not very present in this game i think.

However Theo is just a win/win card. Very cheap cost for a very risk-free effect that still lets you get away with stealing a card your opponent could have used. The effect is so ridiculously one sided simply because its up to who plays him. If his effect was just to swap two random cards from both players hands it would have made for a pretty risky, impractical distrupt that could still see play over Mutanus due to costing less, without completely outclassing him and beat everything.

Hell, it even fits the theme of the card more. Its supposed to be the Mad Duke, what's "Mad" about robbing your opponent risk free? its mad cheap if anything.

The fact Theo gives you 3 options to choose from inherently makes hand reading twice as easy. For one, its thrice as likely to pick up the proper target to steal, if not GUARANTEED if the hand size is small, which it often is, if their win condition is in hand. And secondly, even if the target doesnt end up in the discovery options, you can still get away with removing a card from your opponent's hand and giving them something they cant sinergize with, making the failed read/bad roll STILL reward you greatly. The fact the card affects beyond minions like Mutanus also means that you dont  need to bother reading the presence and amount of spells/weapons/heros in the hand that you would otherwise need to do with Mutanus or Dirty Rat.

If I play Mutanus (which is 7 mana and for most classes its a guaranteed tempo loss if you dont hit your target) and the ENTIRELY RANDOM

If you end up being "forced" to give them something good for something not great, then I feel like its less that the card is balanced and more that you are severely messing up when playing it. If you play Theo when the opponent's hand is huge and you have important cards then you made a huge mistake.
