I like overkilling my opponents. For example, if he's at 10 health and I have 20-attack worth of damage on the board, I'll make sure I whittle his health close to 1, then deliver lethal with my highest attack minion so I can see his health points in the negative. The higher the negative points, the better.
Secret Hunter is the bomb, I'm surprised there aren't many people playing it. I have a 60% win rate with it in 180+ games played, and I have positive win rates against Hunters, Rogues, Warriors (surprisingly) and Mages (currently 21-7 against this class). I must thank all the Bomb/Mech Hunters out there though, it's possible my opponents are game-planning against that archetype so their starting hands almost always suck against me :P
I was playing Secret Hunter against a Token Druid, an almost unwinnable matchup for me. I lost, of course. My opponent then adds me just to call me a noob then unfriends me. Hey Kenlykun, if you're out there I just want you to know you're a cowardly asswipe
TL;DR: She is pretty much useless in any matchup that isn't control vs control. If you don't run her, you will lose every control mirror match. It's up to you and the decks you face on ladder if you want to include her or not.
I think I agree. I've never used her in non-control matchups. Most of the time, she's just a dead card in your hand. She's essential in Control Warrior mirrors, but also responsible for making those games unbearably loooong.
Warrior for me, though I'm taking a break from the class after obtaining the golden portrait (currently at 630+ wins).
I'm mostly playing Hunter now, trying to get it to 500 wins (currently at 318). I've always enjoyed the play style of secret-heavy decks, so I'm riding with Secret Hunter until I achieve that goal.
Paladin's my second favorite class, but I don't really enjoy the current viable archetypes. I miss Sunkeeper Tarim in standard too.
Dusted my Archivist Elysiana so I could have some spare dust to craft some epics for a Heal Druid, which I wanted to try. I play it in casual and I face nothing but netdecked aggro decks like Token Druid, Mech/Midrange Hunter, Murloc Shaman, and Lackey Rogue, which led to 8 straight losses. Wtf? I hope these netdeckers in casual go to hell, my Elysiana didn't die for this bullshit :(
Here are the decks that I think will shine after the buffs:
1) Bomb Mech Hunter - This is already a top tier deck, and having Necromechanic at the 4-slot will just take this deck over the top given the numerous deathrattle minions it already carries.
2) Pogo Rogue - If this becomes competitive, well...bye control decks. This'll probably wipe out Control Warriors from the meta.
3) Secret/Mech Paladin - The Crystology buff is BIG. Tutored draw for two cards at only 1 mana? That'll draw your Secretkeepers and other mechs. Card draw was Secret Paladin's biggest weakness, maybe this buff can address that.
4) Heal Druid - Gloop Sprayer being buffed to 7 mana assures you'll draw Lucentbark from Juicy Psychmelon every time. I don't know if this will make the deck competitively viable, but it'll be interesting nonetheless.
Just reached Rank 5, 4 stars yesterday, using Secret Hunter and Bomb Warrior decks. I only played like 7 times this month, my internet connection's been shitty. I'll grind more next month.
Oh wow, you have a 17/23 mech, you say? It would be a shame if someone polymorphed it...

It's a shame you think that way, Warrior has the best golden portrait and it's not even close :
Congrats! I too will achieve this feat someday, har har.

I don't regret dusting her after the nerf.
I've been playing since mid-KoFT, and I've only opened two golden legendaries: Duskfallen Aviana (dusted immediately) and Harrison Jones.
As for the golden ones I got from pre-orders, I have Zerek's Cloning Gallery and Barista Lynchen.

Still waiting for a new Warrior hero portrait...I don't mind if it's paywalled, just give me one, Blizzard!!!

Ysera, now and forever. The first ever legendary that I unpacked :')
I miss Fire Plume's Heart badly. Playstyle of Quest Warrior was repetitive, but always fun :)

Came here from Hearthpwn as well. I'm gonna miss that site :(
Anyway, this new site looks sweet! Looking forward to visiting here often.
