Are the achievements not still broken? Finished a run yesterday with Vandar and still got no progress. Do we have to wait till an actual patch for that fix?
I'm quite proud to say I am at least one of the players with 12-0 in all classes in Duels, and you covered it properly, its thanks to Casual Duels. If you understand the meta and know how to get a deck that once you get x or y passives you can almost guarantee a win its a lot easier to get to the higher wins, but that's after ALOT of just retiring runs after not getting the treasure you need, or in my case, since I was going for this achievement, any time I lost a game no matter how good the run was. Not having to pay 150 gold for each run is what makes this achievement just slightly more accessible, and I feel the same would happen to arena if a casual mode was implemented there to some extent with more people resetting runs after any loss in a casual type arena mode. I want to go for the arena achievement, but its just quite daunting tbh, but with duels complete, I plan to invent my gold into Arena to give it my best.
I wonder if there is any way to get better value out of Plaguemaw the Rotting with N'zoth, considering you can bring back the 10/10 elemental with rush and taunt still and a few other things. Probably would not work, but could be fun.
You only corrupt it after playing Humble Blessings using either your Truesilver Champion or Stand against Darkness. Most of the time though, even a 3 mana summon 3 3/3s is good enough, and it's not needed to be corrupted.
I'm really excited Awesome Blossom is coming back. It's the only card back I am missing from when I started playing hearthstone due to life situations that month. While I wish there was a better way to flesh out our card back collection, (like maybe spending achievement points or something?), I guess waiting around until the ones I want show up in the shop is fine.
5 mana 5/6 is just bad in general, what I think they should do is make it 4 mana summon 1 5/6 if they are going to change this card, that way its still not bad but its not bonkers.
For me at least I decided that I would not preorder and just get the holiday bundle to get the new hero, and the dust from the packs should be enough for 1-2 DoD legendaries
I’m really excited to try out variants of OTK priests. I know its never been good, but its always one of the decks that I try on the first few days to enjoy it while I can.
Another variant I have been working on uses Regenerate and healing to damage effects to do just a little but more than holy smite, for 3 can be multiplied up a bit faster than 2 (once healing effects are turned into damage)
Too bad they could not just add $50,000 to each event, and not lower the final championship prize pool, but this is objectively better at least.
Tested it, and what happens is once the minion is played, no effect is played and it is removed. Coutering a minion is effectively silence and remove.
I think you have a miss count on the cards remaining... all 35 have been revealed? (3 for each class + 5 neurals)

Really love these duels overviews, really helps when making a duels deck to get ideas from what has worked for others for the first core cards.
