All packs pull cards based on when they are opened, not received

So Standard Packs are able to contain new expansion cards even if they were received before the expansion

Expansion Packs are able to contain their mini-set …

This card is not talked about enough...

I feel like people aren't talking about [card]Battleground Battlemaster[/card] enough, this card is literally always 6 mana 8 - 16 damage every time I've seen it

I think the big issue is that the people in charge and the developers are more often than not two different people.

And the people in charge tend not to care about giving devs extra time to fix bugs …

The fact that animation runtime seems to be tied to framerate (from what I'm hearing) is a sign the devs don't know what they're doing...
