Also battlegrounds is evolving meta. Back in the day jaraxxus was better. But now that everyone competes for demons it is harder to make him work consistently

It is at high ranks only... At low ranks just buying random demons is usually a winning strategy

If you do the math based on stats of the whole Vault. Out of 9 Capsule I got 1 Champion Capsule 4 Epic Capsule and the rest were rares

The way it seems to work is that Chests contain not 3 Rare Capsule, but instead 3 Random capsules. Because the 3rd capsule in my first chest was definitely a Champion Capsule:

So this was my level 13 Vault... I got [runecard]Ashe[/runecard] and a few epics on top... So it is not just commons and rares, it is commons or better and rares or better.
