In your example, because there wasn't any enemy units, so [runecard]Final Spark[/runecard] didn't have a valid target. 'Enemy' word itself doesn't contain the Nexus.

And as he told, it's dangerous to take the 2 damage, and go to 6 Health against EZ Draven.
