2) Tier 1 combo midrange deck (Third expansion);
3) Divine Spirit will be shifted into the Hall of Fame on April 2020.

This is the cheapest bundle including hero portrait and card back, I guess.
It looks like the best deal (cheapest hero portrait + card back, favorable packs price).
