So if he is leveled up and you have a couple of powder keg his attack is going to wipe the enemy's board and deals nexus damage too; having overwhelm means that he can't be chumpblocked either.
He seems a very strong card
I was hoping for something with oranges.. there needs to be a card:

I love how in his levelled up art, instead of being surrounded by his crew he is surrounded by barrels. Obviously one is superior to the other.
I wonder why they didn't use Captain Gangplank as the model for the base version. It's clearly supposed to be pre-Burning Tides GP, but they show him with the shoulder pauldron which is a thing he adopted post BT after his arm got blown off.
EDIT: nvm, i guess both are post-Burning tides, they just retconned where his arm was cut off.
Isn’t Jagged Butcher kind of insane? He’s basically a Cithria (without the Elite tag) that can gain +1|+1. Hopefully plunder is too hard to activate in early turns
I agree, I think he should be statted 2/1 or 1/2.
unlike Cithria there'S no tribal synergy and in order to proc it turn 1 you need to play another specific card, which puts you at card disadvantage. LoR isn't exactly the game where you just win off of a medium sized 1-drop
There was 0 cost "Deal one to the enemy Nexus" card that was released not too long ago. Idk if there will be similar cards released in the future but plunder seems like it won't be too difficult to activate early on.
More strong cards for Bilgewater. Powder kegs seem amazing.
Should have given him Regeneration, because of the oranges: make that disgusting eating sound whenever he heals XD
