We had an article on datamined sound files last month that gave us a good idea who will be introduced, and it looks like we'll be checking Twisted Fate off the list. Yup, definitely Twisted Fate! He even has an ability called Stacked Deck in League of Legends! I wonder if he'll let you find specific cards or have something to interact with your deck or your opponents deck.
Based on the datamined sound files, it's either Miss Fortune or Tahm Kench. One of them A. is way more popular, and B. had a voice clip at the end of the Bilgewater video. Naturally this must mean Tahm Kench is next.
