I like that they are adding more vulnerable cards to Bilgewater, it could give Renekton a partner in crime beside Sejuani. Overall Lurk is looking to be pretty solid.
Ripper's Bay seems like a terrible idea. I get that it is to thin your deck so you can Lurk repeatedly, but this isn't a Toss deck. It can obliterate champions and you're not benefiting from going Deep.
I'm with you on this: the card only supposedly helps with guaranteeing a lurker will be on top to activate lurk effect consistently, but by itself it won't give any other benefit other than the initial "Lurk" effect on cast?
If you're going for a near 100% Lurk deck you don't need this.
If you want to go deep you will need at least some cross-type synergies like deep lurker monsters...(coming soon on reveal maybe?)
