THESE HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED TO BE CORRECT.
Yesterday it was announced that 23 Wild cards were going to be added to Standard for a limited-time event. Apparently, those cards were given to Grandmaster's players early, which makes sense due to them likely having to play with the cards at some point on the competitive level Hearthstone has to offer.
We believe this leak to be extremely accurate due to the cards which are involved. Details were sourced from a tweet from sipiwi94, which originated from the CompetitiveHS Discord. The only confirmed cards right now are Ragnaros the Firelord and N'Zoth, the Corruptor
Just remember, none of these are official until Blizzard confirms them on October 4 and if Blizzard really wanted to, they should change their minds. The only confirmed cards right now are Ragnaros the Firelord and N'Zoth, the Corruptor. Read on for all the cards that may be a part of this event.

Question!
I accidentally crafted the limited available copies of [Hearthstone Card (Light Bomb) Not Found] rather than the copies from GVG. I only play wild anyway, but do I lose these cards eventually or are they going to move to my wild collection when this even ends? Can't find anything on the matter and I'm worried I just burned 800 dust for no reason. If someone has more info I'd love to hear it!
The warrior cards seem far below the power of what everyone else is getting. Bloodhoof Brave is a nice taunt but not really what control warrior is looking for. Cornered Sentry or Alley Armorsmith are more in line for them. Where's Death's Bite? Great for quest warrior. Perfect for Plague of Wrath. Seems like an excellent time to chomp some death.
Shieldmaiden? Another popular and powerful card. Even Iron Juggernaut for the bomb memes?
A card I would have liked to see back would be Sparring Partner. Very interesting card that was mostly overlooked in its day. The fact that it targets any minion has really interesting applications for tempo warrior and control alike. Applications that were mostly lost on me back in 2015.
Varian Wrynn is and always will be a fun meme card, minus the fun half the time. I'll def tryout a Dimensional Ripper Hakkar, the Soulflayer deck with him but I think we all know how that's gonna go.
These cards seem far from the most powerful or most popular warrior cards. If these leaks are accurate, it shows blizz is terrified of giving warrior anything more right now. Which should scare us too.
hope warrior gets something better i mean its not horrible but meh
Timing feels a bit weird, seeing how monthly play ends today... I wonder if this limited time event will last for 31 days?
Blizzard is getting ready to follow up their recent "Classic WoW" release with a "Classic Hearthstone." Get psyched - Chillwind Yeti meta incoming.
Low key, this might be Blizzard testing a rotating Classic set. I'd be alright with that.
I'm curious what impact if any this will have on Wild. I don't know if it would pull people away from Wild during the time of the event, or encourage people to try some things in Wild since they may have some new cards, or want to play with some old ones again.
This is a good list of cards to shake up the meta and kudos to Blizzard for giving this 23 cards to everyone for the limited event.
If these leaks are true, it seems the event might be like Legion Expansion of the WoW.
I mean, There is Varian Wrynn, Vol'jin, Sylvanas Windrunner.
It might be like Battle on the Broken Shore but the new enemy is E.V.I.L. with Ragnaros the Firelord and N'Zoth, the Corruptor on their sides because you know, We won as E.V.I.L. against Blackrock Mountain at the last event Blackrock Clash and now ALL of the Blackrock guys are supporting the E.V.I.L.
And I feel like The N'Zoth, the Corruptor part might be related with new expansion. Deathwing had corrupted by N'Zoth, the Corruptor afterall and There are speculations about the last expansion being about Deathwing coming back.
Forget whatever I said if these leaks are not true and if you don't care about lore. :)
where is patcheeees ???
bless your heart
In hell, I hope.
So does everyone get these as free uncraftables? Because this hurts players that dusted Wild cards to make Standard decks.
Yes everyone gets them as uncraftable
I would not say hurt. You either decide to keep them so you can still use them, or you dust them for ridiculous 1/4 dust value. It is your choice. But yes,you will get them for limited time if you don't have them.
You won't be able to disenchant them. Just like other free cards you got. They will just disappear after the event
When i read my previous post, i can see that it is confusing. I was referring the original wild cards, not the ones that will be added soon. If someone would complain that they dusted their Rag or Sylvanas and that they can't play them during this event, I would not care at all:) Once you made a choice to get rid of something, live with it now.
And normally that would be my sentiment too, but Standard only players that don't keep full collections would have been at a disadvantage. Now that players know there is a chance for Wild cards making a return to Standard, folks will have to reconsider dusting cards that are rotating out.
Everyone gets them for free copies of the cards that they don't already have, but then they go away when the event ends.
