Blizzard has revealed some new cards in a developer chat video highlighting Voyage to the Sunken City. Check out the new cards and listen them below.
Gallon clarified on Twitter that Crabatoa buffs both the Minion Claws and the Weapon Claws.

Jokes aside, its probably a very good card, with 2x 4 damage removal that can combine to 8 if need be, plus a 2 (4?) damage attack with your hero in the middle followed by a 2/1 weapon sticking around, all alongside a 6/5. That's a lot of stuff for 6 mana. I hope they don't count this as giving rogue some deathrattles though, lol.
Crabatoa may look underwhelming at first but if you can keep the main body alive and/or duplicate the rush claws and/or weapon claws there is insane value that you could get from just the one card. Crabatoa DOES buff the weapons from the deathrattles too!
