As promised a few days ago, Yu-Gi-Oh is getting new selection packs, and with them, new cards. While there are two packs, only one of them, Refined Blade, adds anything to the game. The other one, Fusion Potential, offers a selection of existing cards that synergize with the Fusion Summoning mechanic. Let's take a look!
New Cards and Archetypes
There are three new archetypes coming to the game with this set, let's take a look at them!
Swordsoul Comes to Master Duel
The first of the new archetypes is Swordsoul, which already got a member in during the last batch of cards with The Iris Swordsoul. The archetype focuses mostly on Wyrm Monsters, which is a type of Monster that's not found on many cards. The majority of Swordsoul Monsters are humanoids with draconic characteristics, wielding various Chinese or Western swords.
They are a deck focused on Synchro Summoning, with the unique trait that they summon a special token that acts as a Tuner instead of having dedicated Tuner cards, greatly improving the consistency of the deck. A secondary focus of the deck is banishing cards, either as a cost to activate other effects, or as disruption against the opponent.
Icejade Comes to Master Duel
Lore-wise, Swordsoul share a friendly relationship with the Icejades, which were also introduced with this pack. Icejades are WATER Aqua Monsters who represent feminine humans made out of a crystalline substance with water-like properties. They are named either after the two types of jade (nephrite and jadeite) or after animals whose names are associated with jade. The deck's playstyle is build around stalling your opponent and weakening their monsters.
P.U.N.K. Comes to Master Duel
The third new archetype are the P.U.N.K.s, who were introduced into the physical card game in January 2022, making them the newest archetype in Master Duel. The archetype is inspired by punk visual art, and it's divided into 5 sub-series, 4 based on various Japanese art genres, and one based on jam sessions where the other 4 collaborate. The deck's main goal is to bring out Ukiyoe-P.U.N.K. Amazing Dragon as a finisher.
Even More Archetype Support
Lastly, the pack also offers support for other archetypes already in the game, like Branded, Drytron and Destiny HERO. The star of the show is by far the very powerful Destiny HERO - Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer, who offers a board-wide crippling of your opponent's Monsters, Quick Effect destruction of one of your opponent's card, and the ability to float into another Destiny HERO from your Graveyard during the standby phase.

Comments
Is it just me or are Wyrm monsters basically just "I want to make this dragon-like creature, but I don't want to tag it as a Dragon, so here's this new Dragon-adjacent type."
Probably for balancing reasons. Dragons are one of the best Types in the game, so they probably don't want that support to leak into certain archetypes.
