Mikhael's Blessing sounds very potent in Ephemeral decks.
Sure it deathmark is fullfilling a comparable role but this Mikhael's can't be interrupted and therefore is better imo.
Scavenged Camocloaker ... I thought Supercharge is busted... now this is proably even worse if you use it on someone like Taric
Kinkou Student sounds also VERY strong given he can repeatedly get barrier as a 2 drop
Moral Support a 2 mana barrier is very solid. Is it op? I don't think so but it certainly is a good Shen support card
Royal Decree hmm doesn't sound that good to me.
I find the idea pretty cool that they are adding items from LoLs as spells now and then, but that doesn't seem like it will be a strong card unless it is to directly counter something like vulnerable.
