Great news for Master Duel players! Konami has implemented a number of quality of life updates to make the play experience better for players. We won't go over every change, but we'll highlight what we deem to be the important ones.
First up, the game is receiving Team Battles where you can team up with a friend in Free Duels. We don't know how exactly this will work, but we'll find out more on the 11th, when the new Selection Pack is coming out. Don't expect a 2v2 mode, though, it's more likely still 1v1 as part of designated teams.
There's also some improvements to effect activation. When selecting a card, effects on cards that can be activated are now highlighted in blue, and the effects of cards that were activated recently will be highlighted in white. This should make it easier to follow what's happening during a duel. Only some cards have this option, though.
Solo players will be delighted to hear there's now a Retry button, so you can easily restart a duel without having to go to the main screen. The notes do say that "you cannot retry only when rewards are available for winning the first time", which we're not sure how to interpret.
Probably the biggest addition is the ability to delete multiple decks at once (THANK YOU!), which should make cleaning up unused decks less of a hassle. You can also export your decks, but you're limited to the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Database. Hopefully, they'll add deck codes that you can copy and paste at some point.
Last, but certainly not least, you can now highlight cards in selection packs after certain criteria. The default is to show all cards as normal, but you can now grey out cards you don't own or cards that aren't new with the pack. That last one is gonna help us at Out Of Cards a lot when writing pack articles, so, again, THANK YOU!

I recently stopped playing MD in favor of sims and the physical game, so this update doesnt mean much to me. The entire time I was a MD player though, I remember being so consistently infuriated by the lack of exporting and importing. Such an absurd feature to skip over.
