Pokemon held a Presents livestream earlier today, and it had quite a lot of updates for the franchise, with the bulk of the presentation focusing on the upcoming DLC for Scarlet and Violet, The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero. Let's get to it!
Scarlet and Violet
The Area Zero DLC is available for purchase for 35 USD or regional equivalents, and will launch in two parts.
The first half, The Teal Mask, will arrive on September 13. It sees the player traveling to The Land of Kitakami, where you'll encounter a wide variety of Pokemon not available in the base version, both from previous generations and brand new ones. The story will focus around siblings Carmine and Kieran, as well as the folk tale of the titular mask.

In terms of new Pokemon, we have a new evolution for Applin called Dipplin, which resembles a candy apple, and a trio of possible legendaries named Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti. We also seem to be getting a new Tera form that's likely connected to the Teal Mask.

The second half of the DLC, titled The Indigo Disk, will release sometime this winter. It sees the player taking part in an exchange program at the underwater Blueberry Academy, sister school of the main game's Uva/Naranja. This school has 4 artificial biomes you can explore, a new set of Elite 4 to curb-stomp with your team of overleveled mons, and a club you can join and customize to your liking.

In terms of new creatures , Duraladon is getting a new evolution in the form of Archaludon, though the stream presented the Pokemon as belonging to one of the Elite Four, so it's unclear if either of them will be obtainable in-game.

There were also glimpses of a prehistoric version of Raikou and a futuristic version of Cobalion, but neither were explained further.

Last, but certainly not least, Mew and Mewtwo are coming to the game! Mew can be obtained by introducing the code GETY0URMEW (that's a zero, not an o) in the Mystery gift menu of the game, with each player getting a random Tera-type, nature and moves for each player. Mewtwo, meanwhile, will be available via a raid between September 1st and September 17th.
Everything Else

A few errors in this article:
Oof, that's what I get for writing articles near midnight. At least those are mostly just misspelling. Fixed most of those, I've let the part about Archaludon belonging to the Elite 4 member, though I believe you're right that it's obtainable somehow (hope it's not via trading, haha).
Couldn't find where the two Paradox Pokemon are mentioned by name, if they are, it's not in the presentation. I know those are their names because I saw some reddit posts about them where they use those names.
