A new Thursday is upon us, and with it comes another wave of titles from the Epic Games Store. This week the theme seems to be "Similar to that game that's much more popular", though that doesn't make them bad by any means. Let's take a look!

Blazing Sails

Y'arr, matey! Have you ever wanted to go up against tons of other players on the open seas while commandeering your own vessel? Well this here's your chance! Blazing sales is a pirate-themed battle royale where you'll actually need to team up with a few other players if you want to take full advantage of its mechanics. What sets this game apart from others in the genre is the fact that you can man an entire pirate ship and fight other crews with it in an effort to sink them. Do note that the game is still in Early Access, so there will likely be numerous changes in the near future.

Q.U.B.E. Ultimate Bundle

The Q.U.B.E. games are first-person physics-based platformers, or portalikes (why is that not a term?). Like its source of inspiration, the Portal games, Q.U.B.E. will have you solve various physics puzzles that deal with cuboids of various sizes and colors, but mostly the same shape, while navigating a sterile and kinda creepy environment. The sequel offers more varied biomes while also improving upon the first one. Both games are included in the bundle.
