Today kicks off BlizzCon 2023! Below we'll outline where you can watch the opening ceremony, as well as links to all our pre-BlizzCon coverage if you want to know what to expect, or want to get even more hyped before the event begins!
Where to Watch BlizzCon 2023
The BlizzCon 2023 opening ceremony is going to be streamed on both YouTube and Twitch. There are no drops during the hour-long presentation, so choose the platform that best suits your needs. YouTube allows pausing live streams, while Twitch has the infamous Twitch chat.
Note the opening ceremony will contain some mature content, presumably from Diablo IV, meaning the platforms may require an account that has proven it belongs to an adult in order to allow watching. Alternatively, you can also expect several prominent streamers of Blizzard's games who are not attending the event in person to watch the stream with their own audience.

All We Know of BlizzCon 2023
We've been covering BlizzCon 2023 pretty extensively the past week, and there's lots for you to read if you want to know what we expect to see as well as what Blizzard has officially announced so far:
- Check out which panels will be streamed for free on Blizzard's official channels (linked above) as well as some of the in-person events BlizzCon 2023 attendees can look forward to.
- A general overview of the main events that will take place during the weekend.
- The full contents of the BlizzCon Collection, a virtual goodie bag with loot for all of Blizzard's mainline games (we don't yet know when this bundle leaves the store).
- A retelling of BlizzCon's highs and lows from the past five years, to help put into perspective how important it is for this year's event to go well.
- A tinfoil hat analysis of all the hints we have pointing at World of Warcraft's next expansion (to be announced today) being centered around [Spoilers, read the article].
- A discussion on what we can expect of Blizzard's two dark horse games, Warcraft III: Reforged and Heroes of the Storm, at BlizzCon and in the coming months.
