Amicia de Rune's life was as ordinary as one can expect from a noble 15 year old girl living in France during the Hundred Years War, save for her cursed younger brother. Everything takes a turn, though, when the Spanish French Inquisition comes to their home, kills their father, and forces them on the run, having to deal with both the Inquisition and her brother's curse at the same time.
