Hey, remember that time we all got sick with Covid and couldn't leave our houses? It was a perilous time to be alive, if for no greater reason than we all had to stop walking into traffic to catch Pokemon! Turns out, that one app that got us to experience nature and sunshine and whatnot, Pokemon GO, is still truckin' along (nearing its eighth anniversary no less), and in the coming weeks will be getting a bit of an overhaul. With this refresh, the game is looking to improve upon the map, character customization, and Snapshot capabilities. One might surmise that they're looking to capture (heh) a piece of the cultural zeitgeist once again, so whether you're a new face or a returning veteran, this may appeal to you.
