Yesterday marked the start of the Magic World Championship XXVI and it will continue today as more players are eliminated. Sunday will see the conclusion as the top 4 players in the world battle for the coveted Championship title! Check the current standings below to find out if your favorite player made it through to the next round. Coverage will begin at 11am PT today on twitch.tv/magic and you don't want to miss it!

Day 2 Standings

After the initial draft and constructed rounds yesterday there were four players guaranteed a top 8 spot, eight players who will get a second chance at top 8 with a Play-In round today, and four players who were eliminated from the tournament.

Structure

  • Day two begins with everyone from the Play-In being paired for Constructed best-of-three matches.
  • Once that concludes there will have been four additional players eliminated from the tournament.
  • At that point we will have the top 8 players and they will enter a double elimination Constructed format.
  • At the end of the day we will know the top 4 players who will battle for the Championship tomorrow!
