Rewards are being emailed to the email you provided Wizards in the form of a code that can be redeemed in the MTG Arena in-game store. You can also check out the World Championship Highlights which was provided at the end of the email.

Championship Trophy Pet Reward Issue
Wizards is currently aware of an issue with the Trophy Pet disappearing. This has been resolved as of 7:14 PM Eastern on Feb 20, 2020. (Source)
