This is a fun and overwhelming Zoolock deck that relies on constant board fills. Basically, no matter how many times your board is cleared you can always regain control. The deck also makes fun use of Blood Troll Sapper.

Mulligan

Plays similar to any other Zoolock or Aggro deck. Get as many imps as possible while chipping away at the enemy hero. Best starting cards are:

  • Voidwalker. A staple of almost any warlock deck, the Voidwalker is a cheap early taunt that allows you to immediately start controlling the board.
  • Blood Imp. This little sucker is probably my favorite warlock card because of how easily it's effects can begin to stack if played right.
  • Rafaam's Scheme. This card is basically your biggest win condition because it pairs so well with Knife Juggler and allows for instant board control for so little mana. You need this in your Mulligan.
  • Knife Juggler. An instant menace. Play this card with Rafaam's Scheme on turn five and you're a real pain to the opponent.

Even though Blood Troll Sapper is a great card you are going to want to wait to pull it later on in order to get the most use out of your hand.

Possible Strategy

If RNG is on your side, this deck will combo pretty well. You have plenty of options, like Acolyte of Pain and Mortal Coil, to increase your pull as well as your hero power. Dire Wolf Alpha is a great buff card and Impferno and Grim Rally really help to boost your offensive. EVIL Genius can be a great combo card and gives you cheap lackeys to either summon with Knife Juggler or sacrifice for buffs. Blood Troll Sapper can be really fun especially if played right when you already have a full board. Just keep wiping out your imps and damaging the hero, then just replenish with another scheme or Fiendish Circle. You even have some heal options through your Sacrificial Pact and your Felsoul Inquisitor. Overall the deck give you a lot of options for defeating the enemy hero.

Combo Potential

Your combo potential with this deck is really high, but there are some things to keep in mind before playing certain cards. Knife Juggler is almost always going to be instantly targeted, so only play him when you can combo with Fiendish Circle or Rafaam's Scheme. Sacrificial Pact, EVIL Genius, and Grim Rally should only be played after one of your imps or lackeys has already attacked. You can then use that minion as the sacrifice for the heals and buffs. Lackeys play a very special role in helping to provide additional spells and damage. Kobold Lackey and Ethereal Lackey are the best for this deck. Blood Troll Sapper is great when you already have a full board because you can sacrifice your imps on enemy minions while still damaging the enemy hero.

Common Problems

Running into any sort of Mage, Paladin, or Shaman that can cast wipes will really put a damper on this deck. Warriors or Priest that can either armor up or buff minions health can also cause some issues but are not impossible. As long as you can keep board presence throughout the game, the deck runs smoothly and is really fun to play. You rarely end up stuck with no options.
