I'd imagine the ideal Turn 1 play would be N'Zoth's First Mate pulling out Patches, so you'll both thin your deck and get some bodies on the board.
Soda (the guy who posted the deck) had this to say:
"advantage: it's sweet in the early game vs aggro
disadvantage: sometime you may draw patches before play first mate"

How important is Dr.Boom in this deck? I don't want to recraft him for this deck. Same with Lord Barov.
-
Lord Barov is an additional board clear, so I'd assume he's good but you can run the deck without him.
Soda commented on a question about Dr. Boom: "Dr boom give you the source in the later game, I don't suggest you cut it, but odd warrior can win aggro without Dr boom" I very much agree with that, the deck doesn't seem to have that much value for control mirrors and other late game scenarios without Boom.

yeah dr boom seems very unnecessary. late game value in wild is ridiculous, some decks just otk u others ping u to death like Reno priest others like turtle mage go infinte turns or freeze u into meterologist to death, theres DK Rexxar for late value, theres maly druid togg druid jades and the more common warlock decks with ways to duplicate their nzoths and DK guldan etc. this deck seems to have its sights on aggro and thats it. which should be enough to climb high of course
