The deck is simple enough hit your opponent in the face with your weapon and hope you outrace them before they can kill you!

Spell passives are the only things you want, and you should aim to get cycle cards from buckets whenever possible (you run out of cards extremely quickly). 

Tortollan shell has saved me a number of times (and does wonders if you draft doomerang) but feel free to switch it out for  the weapons 101 treasure if you feel that would work better for you.
