Mulligan: Any of the 2 mana minions (Foxy Fraud, SI:7 Skulker, and Sneaky Delinquent) If we have those 2 drops already, SI:7 Agent and Greyheart Sage, though the the latter more so if we have Skulker or Delinquent in hand.

Other good keeps are SI:7 Operative, Swindle, SI:7 Extortion and Prize Plunderer. Might have to throw your Questline out the window if matched up against hyper aggressive decks such as Face Hunter.

Initially this deck had Spymistress, however Sneaky Delinquent is two-stealth-minions-in-one deal that's hard to ignore for activating Greyheart Sage reliably, and a stronger play on turn 2 because of it.

Your goal is to use some of the early turns to build up resources with Greyheart Sage or Swindle, then start completing quest step after quest step in the mid game, with the Spy Gizmos keeping us topped off. Once we have been rolling in the Quest completion, SI:7 Informant and Jandice Barov provide the mid to late game threats, while SI:7 Assassin clears the path to victory.
