So I was enjoying Beast hunter even before miniset, but in miniset we got new support card in Pet Collector which is actually pretty good. I cut one secret ([Hearthstone Card (Freeing Trap) Not Found] backfires way too much in current meta) also I cut one copy of Guardian Animals, as even with beasts discounted by 3 you often just run out of beasts in deck because Pet Collector also summons from deck.

Mulligan Guide

Well always keep Vanndar Stormpike (even against aggro, as your main win condition against aggressive decks is 6 mana Wing Commander Ichman or 5 mana Beastmaster Leoroxx into bunch of taunts actually, which is a bit counterintuitive, but you are that unfavored that you pretty much must highroll)

Other than that against slower classes you want to keep Tavish Stormpike, Pet Collector and maybe The Rat King, if you do have The Rat King already consider also keeping Revive Pet to make a sticky board. By the way don't worry to much about weapons that block damage just overwhelm those decks with ultimate board control.

Against aggressive classes Teacher's Pet is nice to have, other than that if you already have this cheap taunt, maybe keep Explosive Trap on top if you expect lots of tokens. But yes you are unfavored so you just want to highroll with Vanndar Stormpike against aggro.
