Muligan: keep the quest and one mana pirates. The goal for this deck is to complete your Raid the Docks. The questline has three steps and you can complete it or not, but it is really useful for a mid late game if your opponent plays control / combo control. At stage one you have to play three pirates so the next stage, and at the third stage you have to play two pirates in order to obtain Capitan Rokara to summon the Juggernout for infinite pirates and weapons for free!
