Budget Pirate Rogue (Whizbang Theorycraft)

Trying to make Pirate Rogue a thing on a budget, which mainly means we won't get to play with the new weapon or new Legendary, but I like what I was able to scrounge together. Toy Boat and Quick Pick provide reliable card draw, and we've got a decent spread of Pirates to hit with Dig for Treasure and Raiding Party. And, because Raiding Party can draw us our weapon, we're also running a few Weapon buffers for extra damage. Sap is back, and I think that Control decks will not be a fan.
